# §180.503. Cymoxanil, tolerance for residues.

- (a) **General.** Tolerances are established for residues of the fungicide, cymoxanil, 2-cyano -N- [(ethylamino)carbonyl]-2-(methoxyimino) acetamide, in or on the following food commodities:
- (b) **Section 18 emergency exemptions.** [Reserved]
- (c) **Tolerances with a regional registration.** Tolerances with a regional registration as defined in [§ 180.1(l)](/cfr/40/180.1.md?p=l) are established for the residues of the fungicide cymoxanil, 2-cyano -N- [(ethylamino)carbonyl]-2-(methoxyimino) acetamide) in or on the raw agricultural commodities:
- (d) **Indirect or inadvertent residues.** [Reserved]
