# §180.419. Chlorpyrifos-methyl; tolerances for residues.

- (a) **General.**
  - (1) Tolerances are established for the combined residues of the insecticide chlorpyrifos-methyl [O,-O,-dimethyl O-(3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridyl)] phosphorothioate and its metabolite (3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinol) in or on the following food commodities:
  - (2) Tolerances are established for the combined residues of the insecticide chlorpyrifos-methyl (O,-O- dimethyl-O-(3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridyl) phosphorothioate and its metabolite (3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinol) in or on the following food commodities when present therein as a result of application to stored grains:
- (b) **Section 18 emergency exemptions.** [Reserved]
- (c) **Tolerances with regional registrations.** [Reserved]
- (d) **Indirect or inadvertent residues.** [Reserved]
