# §180.284. Zinc phosphide; tolerances for residues.

- (a) **General.** Tolerances are established for residues of the phosphine resulting from the use of the rodenticide zinc phosphide in or on the raw agricultural commodities as follows:
- (b) **Section 18 emergency exemptions.** [Reserved]
- (c) **Tolerances with regional registrations.** Tolerances with regional registration, as defined in [§ 180.1(l)](/cfr/40/180.1.md?p=l), are established for residues of phosphine resulting from the use of the rodenticide zinc phosphide in or on the following raw agricultural commodities as follows:
- (d) **Indirect or inadvertent residues.** [Reserved]
