# §180.275. Chlorothalonil; tolerances for residues.

- (a) **General.**
  - (1) Tolerances are established for the fungicide chlorothalonil (tetrachloroisophthalonitrile) and its metabolite 4-hydroxy-2,5,6-trichloroisophthalonitrile in or on the following food commodities.
  - (2) Tolerances are established for the metabolite 4-hydroxy-2,5,6-trichloroisophthalonitrile in or on the following food commodities.
- (b) **Section 18 emergency exemptions.** [Reserved]
- (c) **Tolerances with regional registrations.** Tolerances with regional registration, as defined in [§ 180.1(l)](/cfr/40/180.1.md?p=l), are established for the combined residues of chlorothalonil and its metabolite in or on the following raw agricultural commodities:
- (d) **Indirect or inadvertent residues.** [Reserved]
