# §180.204. Dimethoate; tolerances for residues.

- (a) **General.** Tolerances are established for total residues of the insecticide dimethoate (O,O-dimethyl S-(N- methylcarbamoylmethyl) phosphorodithioate) including its oxygen analog (O,O-dimethyl S-(N- methylcarbamoylmethyl) phosphorothioate) in or on the following food commodities:
- (b) **Section 18 emergency exemptions.** [Reserved]
- (c) **Tolerances with regional registrations.** Tolerances with regional registration, as defined in [§ 180.1(l)](/cfr/40/180.1.md?p=l), are established for total residues of dimethoate including its oxygen analog in or on the following food commodities:
- (d) **Indirect or inadvertent residues.** [Reserved]
