# §180.191. Folpet; tolerances for residues.

- (a) **General.** Tolerances are established for the fungicide folpet (N-(trichloromethylthio)phthalimide) in or on raw agricultural commodities as follows:
- (b) **Section 18 emergency exemptions.** [Reserved]
- (c) **Tolerances with regional registrations.** Tolerances with regional registrations as defined in [§ 180.1(l)](/cfr/40/180.1.md?p=l) are established for the fungicide folpet (N-(trichloromethylthio)phthalimide) in or on the following raw agricultural commodity:
- (d) **Indirect or inadvertent residues.** [Reserved]
