# §180.1354. Flutianil; exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.


An exemption from the requirement of a tolerance is established for indirect and inadvertent residues of the fungicide flutianil, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on all food commodities not listed in [§ 180.697(a)](/cfr/40/180.697.md?p=a), when residues are present therein as a result of uptake by crops rotated into fields containing the crops in [§ 180.697(a)](/cfr/40/180.697.md?p=a) that were previously treated with flutianil.
