# §174.558. Bacillus thuringensis Cry1B.61.1 protein; exemption from the requirement of a tolerance.


An exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of Bacillus thuringensis Cry1B.61.1 protein, in or on all food and feed commodities when used as a Plant-Incorporated Protectant in accordance with label directions and good agricultural practices.
