# §1602.9. Fees.


The CSB will charge fees for duplication of records under the Privacy Act in the same way in which it charges duplication fees under the FOIA (see [part 1601](/cfr/40/part1601.md), [subpart D](/cfr/40/subpartD.md) of this chapter). No search or review fee will be charged for any record.
