# §16.2. Definitions.


As used in this part:

- (a) The terms individual, maintain, record, and system of records have the same meanings as specified in [5 U.S.C. 552a](/usc/5/552a.md).
- (b) EPA means the Environmental Protection Agency.
- (c) Working days means calendar days excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal holidays.
