# §156.159. Compliance date.


Any pesticide product released for shipment by a registrant after August 16, 2011 must bear a label that complies with §§ [156.10(d)(7)](/cfr/40/156.10.md?p=d-7), [156.10(f)](/cfr/40/156.10.md?p=f), [156.10(i)(2)(ix)](/cfr/40/156.10.md?p=i-2-ix), [156.140](/cfr/40/156.140.md), [156.144](/cfr/40/156.144.md), [156.146](/cfr/40/156.146.md) and [156.156](/cfr/40/156.156.md).
