# §155.23. Definitions.


For the purposes of this part, confidential business information means trade secrets or confidential commercial or financial information under FIFRA [sec. 10(b)](/cfr/40/10.md?p=b) or [5 U.S.C. 552(b)](/usc/5/552.md?p=b) (3) or (4).
