# §148.5. Waste analysis.


Generators of hazardous wastes that are disposed of into Class I injection wells must comply with the applicable requirements of § [268.7 (a)](/cfr/40/268.7.md?p=a) and [(b)](/cfr/40/268.7.md?p=b). Owners or operators of Class I hazardous waste injection wells must comply with the applicable requirements of [§ 268.7(c)](/cfr/40/268.7.md?p=c).
