# §146.63. Area of review.


For the purposes of Class I hazardous waste wells, this section shall apply to the exclusion of [§ 146.6](/cfr/40/146.6.md). The area of review for Class I hazardous waste injection wells shall be a 2-mile radius around the well bore. The Director may specify a larger area of review based on the calculated cone of influence of the well.
