# §1400.7. In general.


The Administrator shall provide OCA information to government officials as provided in this subpart. Any OCA information provided to government officials shall be accompanied by a copy of the notice prescribed by [42 U.S.C. 7412(r)(7)(H)(vi)](/usc/42/7412.md?p=r-7-H-vi).
