# §1400.12. Qualified researchers.


The Administrator is authorized to provide OCA information, including facility identification, to qualified researchers pursuant to a system developed and implemented under [42 U.S.C. 7412(r)(7)(H)(vii)](/usc/42/7412.md?p=r-7-H-vii), in consultation with the Attorney General.
