# §125.2. Definitions.


For the purposes of this part, any reference to the Act shall mean the Clean Water Act of 1977 (CWA). Unless otherwise noted, the definitions in parts [122](/cfr/40/part122.md), [123](/cfr/40/part123.md) and 124 apply to this part.
