# §1090.110. Detergent blenders.


A detergent blender must comply with the requirements of this section.

- (a) **Gasoline standards.** A detergent blender must comply with the applicable requirements of subpart C of this part.
- (b) **PTDs.** On each occasion when a detergent blender transfers custody of or title to any fuel, fuel additive, or regulated blendstock, the transferor must provide to the transferee PTDs under [subpart L](/cfr/40/subpartL.md) of this part. P>(c) Equipment calibration. A detergent blender at an automated detergent blending facility must calibrate their detergent blending equipment in accordance with [subpart N](/cfr/40/subpartN.md) of this part.
