# §1066.120. Measurement instruments.


The measurement instrument requirements in [40 CFR part 1065](/cfr/40/part1065.md), [subpart C](/cfr/40/subpartC.md), apply with the following exceptions:

- (a) The provisions of [§ 1066.125](/cfr/40/1066.125.md) apply instead of [40 CFR 1065.202](/cfr/40/1065.202.md).
- (b) The provisions of 40 CFR [1065.210](/cfr/40/1065.210.md) and [1065.295](/cfr/40/1065.295.md) do not apply.
