# §1037.30. Submission of information.


Unless we specify otherwise, send all reports and requests for approval to the Designated Compliance Officer (see [§ 1037.801](/cfr/40/1037.801.md)). See [§ 1037.825](/cfr/40/1037.825.md) for additional reporting and recordkeeping provisions.
