# §1030.30. GHG emission standards.

- (a) The greenhouse gas emission standards in this section are expressed as maximum permitted values fuel efficiency metric values, as calculated under [§ 1030.20](/cfr/40/1030.20.md).
- (b) The fuel efficiency metric value may not exceed the following, rounded to three decimal places:
