# §957.2. Scope of rules.


The rules in this part apply to proceedings initiated pursuant to paragraphs [(g)(2)](/cfr/39/601.113.md?p=g-2) or [(h)(2)](/cfr/39/601.113.md) of § 601.113 of this subchapter.
