# §3055.90. Reporting of customer satisfaction.


For each market dominant product specified in the Mail Classification Schedule in [part 3040](/cfr/39/part3040.md), appendix A to [subpart A of part 3040](/cfr/39/part3040-subpartA.md) of this chapter, the Postal Service shall file a report as part of the [section 3652](/cfr/39/3652.md) report, unless a more frequent filing is specifically indicated, addressing customer satisfaction achievements for the preceding fiscal year. The report shall include, at a minimum, the specific reporting requirements presented in [§§ 3055.91 through 3055.92](/cfr/39/3055.91..3055.92.md).
