# §3055.1. Annual Reporting of service performance achievements.


For each Market Dominant product specified in the Mail Classification Schedule in [part 3040](/cfr/39/part3040.md), appendix A to [subpart A of part 3040](/cfr/39/part3040-subpartA.md) of this chapter (and for each competitive nonpostal service product specified in the Mail Classification Schedule in [part 3040](/cfr/39/part3040.md), appendix B to [subpart A of part 3040](/cfr/39/part3040-subpartA.md) of this chapter), the Postal Service shall file a report as part of the [section 3652](/cfr/39/3652.md) report addressing service performance achievements for the preceding fiscal year.
