# §3041.410. Required findings.

- (a) In order to authorize the addition of a negotiated service agreement to the competitive product list, the Commission must make the findings specified in [§ 3041.310](/cfr/39/3041.310.md), except as provided in §§ [3041.315](/cfr/39/3041.315.md), [3041.320](/cfr/39/3041.320.md), and [3041.325](/cfr/39/3041.325.md).
