# §3024.1. Applicability.


The rules in this part govern proceedings filed under [39 U.S.C. 3662](/usc/39/3662.md) alleging violations of [39 U.S.C. 404a](/usc/39/404a.md) that meet the requirements of §§ [3022.2](/cfr/39/3022.2.md) and [3022.10](/cfr/39/3022.10.md) of this chapter.
