# §3013.2. Terms defined for purposes of this part.

- (a) Administrative law judge means an administrative law judge appointed by the Commission under [5 U.S.C. 3105](/usc/5/3105.md).
- (b) Chairman means the Chairman of the Commission.
- (c) Covered person means an officer, employee, agent, or contractor of the Postal Service.
- (d) Designated Commissioner means any Commissioner who has been designated by the Chairman to act under this part.
