# §3013.16. Enforcement of subpoenas.


In the case of contumacy or failure to obey a subpoena issued under this subpart, the Commission may apply for an order to enforce its subpoena as permitted by [39 U.S.C. 504(f)(3)](/usc/39/504.md?p=f-3).
