# §3010.301. Notice of proceeding.


Whenever the Commission determines that a proceeding will be held on the record with an opportunity for a hearing under this part, it shall publish notice of the proceeding in the Federal Register pursuant to [§ 3010.151](/cfr/39/3010.151.md).
