# §3001.115. Additional limitation on acceptance of anything of value.


Regardless of [5 CFR 2635.203(b)(7)](/cfr/5/2635.203.md?p=b-7), a Commission employee may not accept a gift from the Postal Service, unless another exception or exclusion to [5 CFR 2635.203](/cfr/5/2635.203.md) applies or a waiver is granted by the DAEO.
