# §79.80. Faith-based organizations.


Organizations that are faith-based are eligible, on the same basis as any other organization, to participate in the Legal Services for Homeless Veterans and Veterans At-Risk for Homelessness Grant Program under this part in accordance with [38 CFR part 50](/cfr/38/part50.md).
