# §61.65. Inspections.


VA may inspect the facility and records of any applicant or recipient when necessary to determine compliance with this part or an agreement under [§ 61.61](/cfr/38/61.61.md). The authority to inspect does not authorize VA to manage or control the applicant or recipient.
