# §51.400. Participant rights.


The State home must protect and promote the rights of a participant in an adult day health care program, including the rights set forth in [§ 51.70](/cfr/38/51.70.md), except for the right set forth in [§ 51.70(m)](/cfr/38/51.70.md?p=m). For purposes of this section, the references to resident in the cited section also refer to a participant in this section.
