# §36.4214. Geographical limits.


The site for any manufactured home purchased with a guaranteed loan must be located within the United States of America, which for the purposes of [38 U.S.C. 3712](/usc/38/3712.md) comprises the several States, the Territories and possessions of the United States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
