# §21.9765. Program of education approval.


VA may provide educational assistance for pursuit of a program of education offered by an educational institution if that program of education is approved under 38 U.S.C. chapter 30 in accordance with §§ [21.7220](/cfr/38/21.7220.md) and [21.7222](/cfr/38/21.7222.md).
