# §21.9745. Reporting fee.


In determining the amount of the reporting fee payable to institutions of higher learning for furnishing required reports, VA will apply the provisions of [§ 21.4206](/cfr/38/21.4206.md) in the same manner as they are applied in the administration of 38 U.S.C. chapter 36.
