# §21.9670. Work-study allowance.


An eligible individual pursuing a program of education under 38 U.S.C. chapter 33 at a rate of pursuit of at least 75 percent may receive a work-study allowance in accordance with the provisions of [§ 21.4145](/cfr/38/21.4145.md).
