# §21.8410. Delegation of authority.


The Secretary delegates authority for making findings and decisions under 38 U.S.C. [1804](/usc/38/1804.md) and [1814](/usc/38/1814.md) and the applicable regulations, precedents, and instructions for the program under this subpart to the Under Secretary for Benefits and to VR&E supervisory or non-supervisory staff members.
