# §21.7159. Reporting fee.


In determining the amount of the reporting fee payable to educational institutions or joint apprenticeship training committees acting as training establishments for furnishing required reports, VA will apply the provisions of [§ 21.4206](/cfr/38/21.4206.md) of this part in the same manner as they are in the administration of 38 U.S.C. chapters 34 and 36.
