# §21.7130. Educational assistance.


VA will pay educational assistance to an eligible veteran or servicemember while he or she is pursuing approved courses in a program of education at the rates specified in §§ [21.7136](/cfr/38/21.7136.md), [21.7137](/cfr/38/21.7137.md) and [21.7139](/cfr/38/21.7139.md) of this part.
