# §21.5150. State approving agencies.


In administering chapter 32, [title 38](/cfr/38.md), United States Code, VA will apply the provisions of the following sections:

- (a) [Section 21.4150](/cfr/38/21.4150.md) (except [par. (e)](#e))—Designation;
- (b) [Section 21.4151](/cfr/38/21.4151.md)—Cooperation;
- (c) [Section 21.4152](/cfr/38/21.4152.md)—Control by agencies of the United States;
- (d) [Section 21.4153](/cfr/38/21.4153.md)—Reimbursement of expenses;
- (e) [Section 21.4154](/cfr/38/21.4154.md)—Report of activities;
- (f) [Section 21.4155](/cfr/38/21.4155.md)—Evaluations of State approving agency performance.
