# §12.7. Cases not applicable to provisions of §§ 12.0 to 12.6.


The provisions of [§§ 12.0 to 12.6](/cfr/38/12.0..12.6.md) shall be inapplicable to property known to be that of any person dying in or discharged or absent without leave from a Department of Veterans Affairs field facility other than a veteran admitted as such to such field facility.
