# §10.30. Proof of remarriage.


A dependent who is receiving payments under [section 601](/cfr/38/601.md) of title VI of the Act, as amended, and who remarries after making and filing application, shall be required to furnish proof of remarriage in accordance with the requirements for proof of remarriage as outlined in regulations of the Department of Veterans Affairs.
