# §1.657. Determination of rights.


The General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel or Assistant General Counsel for Professional Staff Group IV will make a determination of rights subject to review where required by the Secretary of Commerce. The determination will be in accordance with [37 CFR 501.7](/cfr/37/501.7.md).
