# §360.1. General.


This subpart prescribes procedures under 17 U.S.C. [111(d)(4)(A)](/usc/17/111.md?p=d-4-A) and [17](/usc/17/17.md) U.S.C. 119(b)(4) whereby parties claiming entitlement to cable compulsory license royalty fees or satellite compulsory license royalty fees must file claims with the Copyright Royalty Board.
