# §350.1. Scope.


This subchapter governs procedures applicable to proceedings before the Copyright Royalty Judges in making determinations and adjustments pursuant to 17 U.S.C. [115(d)](/usc/17/115.md?p=d) and [801(b)](/usc/17/801.md?p=b). The procedures set forth in [part 355](/cfr/37/part355.md) of this subchapter shall govern administrative assessment proceedings pursuant to 17 U.S.C. [115(d)](/usc/17/115.md?p=d) and [801(b)(8)](/usc/17/801.md?p=b-8), and the procedures set forth in parts [351](/cfr/37/part351.md) through [354](/cfr/37/part354.md) of this subchapter shall govern all other proceedings pursuant to [17 U.S.C. 801(b)](/usc/17/801.md?p=b).
