# §303.2. Representation.

Individual parties in proceedings before the Judges may represent themselves or be represented by an attorney. All other parties must be represented by an attorney. Cf. [Rule 49(c)(11)](/cfr/37/49.md?p=c-11) of the Rules of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
