# §211.7. Reconsideration procedure for refusals to register.


The requirements prescribed in [§ 202.5](/cfr/37/202.5.md) of this chapter for reconsideration of refusals to register copyright claims are applicable to requests to reconsider refusals to register mask works under 17 U.S.C. chapter 9, unless otherwise required by this part.
