# §210.11. Record companies using individual download licenses.


A record company that obtains an individual download license under [17 U.S.C. 115(b)(3)](/usc/17/115.md?p=b-3) shall provide statements of account and pay royalties as a compulsory licensee in accordance with this subpart.
