# §2.166. Affidavit of continued use or excusable nonuse combined with renewal application.


An affidavit or declaration under section 8 of the Act and a renewal application under section 9 of the Act may be combined into a single document, provided that the document meets the requirements of both sections [8](/cfr/37/8.md) and [9](/cfr/37/9.md) of the Act.
